How your challenge days will look like

On week days:

  • Early morning 20-minute practice + tutorials on Healthy Back Habits

  • 6-minute at-the-desk mini yoga breaks throughout the day

  • Short relaxation practice at the end of the day

On weekend:

  • Saturday: early morning 20-minute practice + breathwork

  • Sunday: choose any practice from my community platform
