When: July 4th - 22nd on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Time: 6 am Sydney time (20-min sessions)

Where: Zoom (your home) - replays available to those who can’t make it at 6 am Sydney time (replays available for a week)

Cost: FREE if you attend all 9 sessions / every missed session $5 paid at the end of the challenge
