In this meditation class, we activate our throat centre through visualisation and chanting.
This yin yoga practice for the lungs and large intestine is perfect for moments when we need to let go: of a habit, limiting belief, or a toxic relationship.
Props: a bolster or cushions.
This 21-minute practice is for recharging our batteries. We drain our energy on physical and emotional levels. Physical fatigue can be address by simply sleeping, but emotional fatigue needs further investigation - which we do in this meditation session.
On days when you feel guilty and can’t silence your inner critic, practice this yin yoga class with elements of Emotional Release Yoga for self-forgiveness.
This 21-minute practice is for the heart chakra (Anahata) and cultivating joy. We begin with a gentle movement and then do a guided meditation with affirmation practice toward the end.
This 23-minute practice is for manifesting something in our lives through cultivating abundance. This practice is part of Emotional Release Yoga - a unique modality created and taught exclusively by Madina and teachers trained by her.
