YIN YOGA

Begin with a grounding yin yoga session led by Madina. Designed to activate your body's energy meridians, each pose is held gently to release tension and balance your internal flow.

CRYSTAL SOUND BATH

As you hold each pose, Madina will immerse you in the soothing vibrations of a crystal sound bath. These healing frequencies will help pacify your busy mind to invite a profound sense of calm.

REIKI HEALING

Throughout the yoga session, Adela Hand, a skilled Reiki healer (she might have a helper depending on numbers), will provide hands-on energy healing to deepen your relaxation and assist in clearing energetic blockages.

    • Smell: Gentle aromatherapy will fill the space, enhancing relaxation and grounding.
