This 30-minute restorative yoga practice is for releasing of the upper back and opening of chest and shoulders.
Focus on extension: spinal, hips and shoulders. I used elements of Emotional Release Yoga as we worked on the concept of walking away and saying “no” to toxic situations and relationships.
Props: two cushions, 2 towels, a chair or couch, optional: a blanket.
