It’s time for a yin practice for your upper back and shoulders - the best thing you can do on any day! This session is a bit longer (37 minutes) but you will feel amazing after it.
Healing writing: what helps you to relax and unwind?
Write a list of 50 things that help you relax and unwind. They can be really simple and not require bookings or going somewhere.
After you are done, can you please grab a calendar and schedule at least one day a week when you can tick a few items from the list (after having done them, of course!)
