Reflection: completing tasks
Think about times when you managed to complete a task, challenge, assignment. Reconstruct that situation in your head and just sit in that headspace of victory and deepest satisfaction.
Where in your body did you feel that sense of accomplishment resonating. Can you write down in your journal what sensations and where in your body you felt it? I’d be curious to read that and give you a “spiritual mentoring” feedback on that.
Now I would like to remind you that this is day 11, we are over 50% done! Time to celebrate. Go and reward yourself. It does not need to be decadent. A mindful cup of tea and a croissant will do!
