Practice:
Today’s practice is a 20-minute vinyasa class that targets the entire body. It’s a well-rounded session that cultivates both strength and flexibility. This video is part of my 7-day yoga challenge that I ran a few months back.
Healing writing:
If you have got a diffuser: you can add 5-10 drops of essential oils of self-love to it. Geranium, bergamot, frankincense, and rose are great for that.
Write down 100 reasons why you love yourself.
Please don’t stop when you run out of ideas (usually happens around 30-40), keep going.
There will be a shift in what you will be listing the more you write. Don’t stop there and try to write all 100 down. If some things get repeated - no worries, that’s ok. However, it’s always interesting to pay attention to those items.
