Healing writing: cultivating the inner warrior
Think of times when you felt on top of the world. A moment in life when you overcame fear, showed up for yourself, or stepped into your power.
It could be completing a long trek, singing in front of a crowd, or achieving something you thought was impossible.
Channelling that inner warrior I would like you to write a letter to yourself today. What would your inner warrior tell you about this home retreat, how would he/she encourage you to keep going and complete every day unfailingly?
