It’s a strength day today. Do this 45-minute practice that targets the full body and core.
Mindful practice: a cup of tea
Pour yourself a cup of tea. Find your favourite comfortable spot where you love having your drink. Sit down, put soothing music on, move your phone to another room and put in on silent.
Give yourself 5-10 minutes of quiet time where you can stare out of the window, enjoy your tea, savour its flavour, and be quiet.
Mindfully sip the tea and enjoy this moment.
