Healing writing: what holds you back
Grab your journal and write down 10 reasons why you did not practice if at all. Or in general, why do you procrastinate and don’t do things that are important to your well-being.
Pick one most prominent item and ask yourself what do you need to hear from yourself in order to overcome this self-sabotaging pattern?
Write down a letter to yourself - exact words that you need to hear in order to stop delaying and procrastinating. This is a compassionate empathic letter that should not include shaming and guilt-inducing. It’s a letter of love and support.
